DEC 7th WOD. THANK YOUs.

Without getting too emotional I just wanted to say this weekend was amazing. And I'm not just talking about the Masquerade. The amount of time so many of you dedicated to helping set-up, organize, and clean up really stood out and says a lot. Even if you weren't able to, just showing up and being a part of the family is more than enough.

Special thank you to Lynne, Adriene, Stacey, Christina, Carmen, and Jenn. The "PARTY COMMITTEE"!!! They have spent weeks discussing, planning, emailing, shopping, and preparing to put off an amazing night and it is thanks to them we all had such a great time. Decorations (Thanks Tuan and cousin Jenny!), games, photo booth (Thanks, Phap!), food, dancing, music… it was a night to remember!

BEG- Ring row ladder (ADAP) rest 5 min THEN 1/4 body weight OH Squat ladder
